Nonprofit organization Life Remodeled focuses its work on revitalizing Detroit neighborhoods

The President and CEO of Life Remodeled, Diallo Smith, talks with host Stephen Henderson about his non-profit’s work in Detroit neighborhoods. Smith explains how his organization repurposes vacant school buildings into Opportunity Hubs that house several nonprofit groups. He discusses Life Remodeled’s new E3M operating model, which focuses on economic, educational, and environmental mobility for neighborhood residents. Plus, he talks about his organization’s latest project on the city’s east side.
