One Detroit talks with Professor Thomas Sugrue, author of “The Origins of the Urban Crisis,” the seminal book about race, oppression and the more recent history of Detroit.

He recently tweeted, ‘It’s time to rethink facile 1968 = 2020 comparisons.’
