Ahead of the ceremony on April 19, Kubota sits down with Zosette Guir, manager of content ops and production for One Detroit, to talk about his career.
He shares his approach to reporting, discusses the in-depth pieces he gravitates towards and explains how partnering with journalists and other contributors enhances storytelling.
