Mackinac Policy Conference 2026

The 2026 Mackinac Policy Conference theme — “A Quest for Common Ground” — urged leaders to rise above divisiveness and champion pragmatic solutions that would respond to Michiganders’ clear demand for meaningful action and tangible results.

By bringing together local and national voices from across the spectrum, the Conference ensured a civil, productive exchange, highlighting Michigan’s unique potential to unite differing perspectives and tackle complex challenges collaboratively. The Conference urged business, civic, government, and philanthropic leaders to embrace cooperation and help shape a future reflecting the needs and aspirations of all who call Michigan home.
