We’re at the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Detroit Policy Conference. Stephen talks with the African-American businessman who made history by signing a multi-million dollar contract with the City of Detroit to provide fuel for the city’s fleet of vehicles. And, a national non-profit organization is putting young people to work and helping them learn how to become self-sufficient.
