This Week’s COVID313 Town Hall Features:
COVID-19 booster shots are ready for the public, but is the public ready for them? And we honor Veteran’s Day with a guest panelist.
This week on Detroit PBS COVID313 Community Coalition Virtual Town Hall, family physician Dr. Felix Vlbuena, the chief executive officer for Community Health and Social Services Center (CHASS), explores comments and questions around the COVID-19 booster shots and what families or individuals need to know before getting them.
Then, the COVID313 Town Hall honors Veteran’s Day with recognition to the men and women who have served in our country’s armed forces. Guest panelist Zanta Adams, the director of the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency, joins the live stream to talk about veterans and the benefits available to them through the Veterans Affairs Agency.
Plus, the town hall talks about child tax credits.
